WTN Suite ("us", "we", or "our") operates the WTN Suite software application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
(a) Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). This may include:
- Email address
- First name and last name (provided during payment processing)
(b) Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's operating system, application version, and diagnostic data.
(c) Device Fingerprint Data
To protect the integrity of the Service and prevent abuse of the free trial and fraud, we collect a hardware device fingerprint — a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your computer's hardware ID and operating system. This fingerprint cannot be used to identify you personally and is never shared with third parties except as described in Section 4. It is used solely for the following purposes:
- Preventing abuse of the one-time free trial per device.
- Enforcing account suspensions resulting from payment fraud or chargeback abuse, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To manage your account and subscription status.
- To process your payments through our third-party payment processors.
- To notify you about changes to our Service.
- To provide customer support.
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and other illegal or unauthorized activities in accordance with our Terms of Service.
3. Fraud Prevention and Ban List
To protect the Service and our payment systems, we maintain an internal ban list. When an account is suspended for payment fraud or chargeback abuse (as described in our Terms of Service), we store the following data in our secure database for fraud prevention purposes:
- Email address
- Firebase User ID
- Device fingerprint hash(es) associated with the account
- Reason for suspension and date of suspension
This data is used solely to prevent re-registration and future purchases by suspended accounts. It is retained for as long as necessary to protect the Service from fraud. This information is shared with our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) for the purpose of blocking future fraudulent transactions.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information, including Personal Data, is stored on secure servers provided by Google Firebase. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
(a) Authentication & Database
We use Google Firebase to authenticate users and store user data. You can view their privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
(b) Payments
We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. This data is provided directly to our payment processors, and its use is governed by their respective privacy policies:
Our payment processors may use fraud detection tools including card fingerprinting, email matching, and IP analysis to detect and prevent unauthorized transactions.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
- The right of rectification.
- The right to object.

Please note that data retained for fraud prevention purposes (Section 3) may be exempt from deletion requests where retention is necessary to protect our legitimate business interests and prevent further fraudulent activity.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
