Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WTN Suite software application (the "Service") operated by WTN Suite ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
(a) The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
(b) Automatic Renewal — Please Read Carefully. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it before the renewal date. By subscribing, you explicitly authorize WTN Suite to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will receive a payment receipt by email each time a charge is made. If you do not wish to be charged for the next Billing Cycle, you must cancel your Subscription before your renewal date through your account's subscription management page.
(c) A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. Depending on the payment method you select, you may pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the charge amounts described herein will be honored by your payment method provider.
(d) 3D Secure Authentication. All initial subscription payments are processed using 3D Secure (3DS) authentication — an industry-standard security protocol that requires you to verify your identity with your card issuer (e.g., via one-time passcode, biometric confirmation, or banking app approval) before the transaction is completed. By completing the 3DS verification step, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that you explicitly consent to the charge. This verification is logged and retained as proof of cardholder authorization.
(e) We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to the email address associated with your account.
(f) How to Cancel. You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard under "Subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle — you will retain access to the Service until that date. We strongly recommend cancelling before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to use the Service. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal charge has already been processed will not result in a refund for that billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and software, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for Subscriptions once the order is confirmed and access to the Service is granted. We strongly recommend using the free trial period to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before purchasing a paid Subscription.
Automatic renewal charges are not grounds for a refund if you failed to cancel your Subscription prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your Subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
(a) A chargeback is when you ask your bank or card issuer to reverse a charge after it has been processed. Filing a chargeback is not a substitute for our cancellation process and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
(b) If you have a concern about a charge, you must contact us first through our Discord server before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly.
(c) Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback — including claiming non-consent for a charge you knowingly authorized — is considered fraud and a material breach of these Terms. We maintain detailed records of all subscription authorizations, including 3D Secure (3DS) cardholder verification logs, payment receipts, and account activity, which we will submit as evidence to dispute any illegitimate chargeback claim.
(d) Any account found to have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the dispute is found to be fraudulent or unwarranted, the account will be permanently banned with no possibility of reinstatement, and we reserve the right to block the associated payment methods, email addresses, and devices from future transactions.
4. Account Suspension and Ban Policy
(a) We maintain a ban list to protect the integrity of the Service and our payment systems. Accounts may be permanently suspended for, but not limited to, the following reasons:
- Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
- Claiming unauthorized charges for purchases that were knowingly and voluntarily made (friendly fraud).
- Any other violation of these Terms.
(b) When an account is suspended, the following actions are taken:
- The account is immediately disabled and access to the Service is revoked.
- The associated email address, payment card, and hardware device fingerprint are added to our block lists to prevent re-registration or future purchases.
- The information is reported to our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) for fraud prevention purposes.
(c) Account suspensions resulting from fraudulent chargebacks are permanent and final. No refund will be issued for any subscription period, including the period during which the chargeback was filed.
5. User Accounts
(a) When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
(b) You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
