Managing Your Subscription

From the Desktop App

• Go to My Account in WTN Suite
• View your current plan, status, and renewal date
• Click Upgrade to switch to a higher plan
• Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal

From the Web Dashboard

• Log in at wtn-suite.com/dashboard
• View your subscription status
• Access the subscription management page

Billing Portal

The Stripe billing portal lets you:

• Update your payment method
• View invoice history
• Cancel or change your subscription
• Download receipts

FAQ

Can I switch plans? Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll receive prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing period.

What happens if my subscription expires? You'll revert to trial mode with limited features. Your projects and data are preserved — resubscribe to regain access.

Do you offer refunds? Contact us on Discord for refund requests within 7 days of purchase.

Is there a free trial? Yes — you can use WTN Suite with limited features before subscribing. The core pipeline and basic tools are available to try.
